DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICATION

1. Apply a small amount to palm areas as a little will go a long way.

2 Massage on areas or entire body in circular motions or long strokes up calves, legs or arms towards the heart.

3. This method will evenly distribute a good circulation of blood flow and increase oxygen to the tissues and cells within.

4. Also massaging in this manner spreads the scent up to the nostril area stimulating the Brain and Olfactory senses. (smelling)

Important note: All extremities massage strokes (arms, & legs) should always go up towards the heart.
